Bad kids are the misfits of an overly paranoid society to where perfect is never enough. Kids usually crack under the constant fear of constant watch and twist into the societal issues of criminals. Parents willingly send their kids to the hospital of H.U.S.H an institution meant to aid those on the road to crime. 12 kids go in; 1 kid comes out.
