She just hopes that they can become closer after not seeing him for what felt like forever. Most of this story will be in Frisk's POV but I might change it around sometimes. Frisk and Sans are about the same age and Frisk is a girl. Chara will be in this sometimes but she's not a genocidal maniac. Also Asriel is in this as well and Flowey was never a thing.
