No one knows about this talent but her best friend in the whole world and her cousin Maddie. She wants to keep it a secret. Julianna wasn't the biggest Justin Bieber fan. In fact she thought he was cocky and a player. Maddie however was obsessed with him. So what happens when Julianna's dad's job takes her to New York City where Maddie lives?
