"He got a sprain while playing the match. He'll join us from tomorrow", Nick candidly said, taking a big bite of his double cheese burger.
"Who he?"I queried, placing my butt on the chair. Nick was about to open his mouth when a few gasps from the female breed around gained access to our ears. All our eyes darted towards the canteen's entrance and my jaw fell, not only in awe but also in shock on seeing who that person was. 
"You will pay for this", I recalled his exact words and the thought was enough to send a shiver down my spine.He was ravishingly embellished with a white V-neck, full sleeved T-shirt and black jeans. His medium golden brown hair were messed in a sexy way. His light chocolate brown eyes, as usual, were tinkling with mirth as obvious, he was enjoying all this attention. Confidence, charm, glamour and liveliness were oozing out of him.His legs stopped at our table and  he sat opposite me. The moment our eyes met, he flashed me his oh so famous smirk.I very well knew what it meant.I didn't dare utter any word.I was shocked.I could not comprehend this piece of information.My tongue was tied into knots and words did not seem to escape my mouth. Helpless! That's what I felt. Completely Helpless! 
"Aaru, we were talking about him. He is Vivaan, captain of the college's cricket team",Nick said. A sinister grin crawled on Vivaan's face while I was totally appalled.

His expressions softened up the moment his eyes landed back on mine. His smirk disappeared. I cleared my throat and broke the eye contact. I looked down at my palms as I rubbed the sweat against my jeans, "What do you want, Landon?" I asked, almost whispering. I felt his hand brushing against my right cheek, as he tilts my chin up to look back at him. His messy brown hair, his light blue eyes and his pink soft lips were just centimeters from mine. I felt his breath lingering on the upper tip of my lip. In a panic, I pressed my palms against his chest and push him off. He stumbled back with a surprised look on his face.
