Can We Survive
This is a fanfic on an addiction Grace Beauchamp and have and how Connie and Jacob deal with it. There will be a lot of emotional and realistic scenes in it so if that is something that you don't like to read I'd advice you not to. The reason the Eastenders character Lauren Branning is the cover is because I'm pretending that's what Grace looks like at 17. Parts of the story will have Emma Naylor in it who gets drunk or high occasionally with Grace but it isn't serious. And Sofia Hanna is there sensible friend who is the responsible one. Jac Naylor is Connie's sister and also helps her with Grace. Connie and Jacob also have twins, Lauren Amanda Masters and Matthew Charlie Masters who are 2 years old. Sofia Hanna's mum is Zoe Hanna who is friends with Connie and Jac. Jacob and Connie have been married for 5 years. Hope you enjoy!Complete
