A young girl called Lily was living a great life with her family and friends surrounding her. She kept up with the news an weather updates. One day while she watched the weather forecast with her family, there was a warning about a storm. No one new how bad the storm would be so they had to wait for future updates. Every day got scarier and scarier as the reports became more gruesome as the days went by. Lily wanted to get out of the city until the storm passed but her parents couldn't afford it. She was trapped in a city that is awaiting a deadly storm! Lily's anxiety was getting more intense as she prepared for the worst. At this moment she was so relieved about having no pets. What will Lily do to stay alive and keep her family alive too?All Rights Reserved

I feel his dirty hands touch me once more and move up higher to my thighs. I try to jerk them away but he locks my arms in his hand above my head as a thousand hot tears leave my eyes. His eyes move to my glossy ones and without any thought, he comes to me and wraps his arms around my body tightly. And just like that, I start crying harder as I bury my head in his neck and tug hard in this shirt. He doesn't say a word, he just pulls me closer to him and leaves me to surrender to this cathartic cry that overwhelms me. My brain stops working and the only word that exists is 'save'. I open my mouth and after so many weeks, the first words that slip my lips between cries and sobs are "You...you saved me" ----- Amelia is a young girl with a simple life and plans for her bright future. He's toxic, he's manipulative, he's mean, but somehow she's attracted to him. Of course neither wants to admit it though. Will their relationship actually work or will they both end up with their heads blown off? ------- Mature content⚠️ - mentions and some SA - cursing - abuse - depression and suicidal thoughts This is kinda dark romance. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.
