In life we are judged by what's on the outside. What about the heart or our character? I wrote this poetry book to share the things that I have been through, the way I look at life and my thoughts and feelings. I talk about body image, mental illness and what really matters to me.

8 partes Concluida

There are moments in life when you have to let yourself feel, the pain the trauma, the depression the anxiety. There are also moments you have to force yourself out of the darkness, before it fully consumes you. These poems are the moments, when I stewed in my sadness, gave it the steering wheel. But are also the moments I grabbed the wheel and took control. This book is for those healing Those fighting Those who are speaking up And those who are silent
