The Matrix

After her father, Adrian, finally was assigned to an office in New York to soon become co-CEO of the largest architecture company in America, Matrix Candidius finds herself packing for the life changing move from Rome to Manhattan.

The night before leaving for her new home, her father came in her room to speak of something very important. The night she was born, was the night she died. Her mother could not be helped, but Matrix was lucky enough to live; and was left with a scar-the mark of the Roman gods.

Her life begins to take all sorts of interesting and inexplainable twists, and she is left with countless questions as to who she is. Questions she suspects only her father knows the answers to, but may not realize.

With an unknown timer counting down, Adrian's memories unfold. He remembers everything...
