The story take wings in a school reunion party. The lead character Lisa faints and after waking up behaves strangely without recognising her friends and rushes out of the party to be met with an accident while driving recklessly.
Next the story traces the life of Lisa , her best friend Sophia and their best friendship years . The bad experience undergone by "Stella", Sophia's twin sister at her school party and her state of depression take roots in the subconscious mind of Lisa and manifests in the form of a slit in her wrist. Separation of the best friends happen due to their admission in different Universities and they lose contact of each other for almost 3 years.
The next part of the story goes back to the School reunion party and narrates the happenings after the accident to Lisa
