Levi Ackerman is left in the state of a concussion when a drunken driver slams into his car on the freeway. He can barely remember who he is, where he lives, or even what is favorite color is. It seems the thing he has forgotten most, the love of his life, Hanji Zoë. Broken down from the incident, Hanji has lost her happy spirits. She loses her mind when everyone tells her, "You need to eat, Hanji." Or, "Get some rest, Hanji."
Hanji feels like she's going insane. She decides to take care of 3 homeless 14-year-olds, keep in touch with a dying 14-year-old, and keep her sanity all while carrying Levi's child. Stressed out, Hanji's health conditions stoop so low that she realizes something.
