A collection of deliciously, dark poems. #3 in Poetry - 9/6/18 I hope you enjoy and any time taken to read, is greatly appreciated and if you wanted to hit the little vote button or comment, you will have my eternal gratitude. H x The main theme of this book is the macabre and horror. Some of the poems are inspired by horror movies that carry an age 15 rating. There are also some poems touching upon anxiety issues. If you feel you would be upset by reading anything of this nature, then I would advise that this collection may not be for you. Although, for others, it may be of interest, to see another persons experience of this. I will leave the choice up to you. Whilst there is nothing particularly graphic in here, there are scary themes and also some darker themes. There are also some scary images along with the horror themed poems. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. LIFES LONELY ROAD A Poetry Collection Each poem in "Life's Lonely Road" has it's own unique theme based on one of life's many lessons that we all come to learn through our many experiences and dealings. I try my best to capture these in a creative way that is melodious and entertaining while staying true to the fashion of poetry and it's rhythmic nature, During the day were confronted with one situation after another, but sadly there are very few people that delve beneath the surface in search for a rhyme or a reason such things happen, but for those of us few that do, we are presented with an unimaginable insight and understand to lifes inner workings, a perspective that very few people are able to see, disect, and understand as it pertains to life in general let alone their own. In "Life's Lonely Road" I not only analyze all the going on around me but in doing so I do my best to capture this in the form of a poem.
