Night Clouds is a romantic crime drama of the unforeseen love of a girl with a broken family. 
Giving up on family life, Midori strives to make the best of the bonds she is able to make at a place that is her only other option, high school. But the unexpected acquaintance she makes with the school’s most troublesome guy was not what she had been hoping for. Their worlds are poles apart and she initially tries to avoid him, yet they slowly find themselves involved with one another more and more. As trust, understanding and something beyond that develops between them, Midori finds a new meaning to life and her scars of the past begin to heal.
