Hovering through the bounds of space sits a wonderful planet of a weird nature. Upon this planet is a man. A peculiar man draped in a yellow trench coat and a floppy, black rimmed hat. His name is merely Jeff.
Jeff is a poor nobody travelling across the Eastern islands of this world to the Northern ones not wanting to dwell within the mad conflict of magic and science in the Western world of Industry. However in a turn of simple events in this mad world he finds himself in the city of Ivan-Fin Gar; a sprawling city filled with weird and wonderful faces.
Though through odd and plain, straight just strange he finds his light, as well as coming to like large selection of wailing phrases such as 'Wappa Wappa, Wappa'. Anyway he will find without a doubt a lot of things to end a lot of questions to bring a slice of peace and prosperity to a world where men conjure lightening from the sky and a black pointed hat supported by a thin wire makes you smarter than the average man...
