She didn't know what was the letter all about, and she didn't know who is the writer of that letter. Bill Wilson was the guy who wrote the letter. He became blind after a car accident. She found a house near in the city. There was a sign board in the front of their house "Wanted Caregiver". She applied as a caregiver to sustain her needs and she was applied. She need to care a blind guy, and his name is Bill Wilson. But Alex didn't know that Bill Wilson is the one who wrote the letter.
