Madalyn Chambers was your typical 16 year old girl.. with your nontypical overlyprotective parents. she wasn't allowed to do anything outside the box and be more than the average, perfect girl.
Chase Richards was your typical 16 year old boy. he was average in school but he liked to live outside the box. his mom was killed by a drunk driver when he was six and his father was never the same ever since. so therefore he wasn't very involved in his son's life. Chase liked to skip school and sneak out. he hung out with the kids who smoked and who most people thought were creepy or weird. they were just different and enjoyed life. 
I mean he was depressed but who said that Madalyn wasn't because she had the quote on quote perfect life. her life was torture and she didn't know how to let go. but Chase might just be the one to help her. read more to find out their journey of life, love, drugs, depression, and most importantly- letting go.
