The countries thought that everything was going to stay peaceful, well as peaceful as can be, with their almost daily, random arguments. But all of those thoughts are ended when England tried to bake something and messed the recipe up, and in result created the opposite gender of all the countries.
Surprisingly, things take an even weirder turn. Spain and Romana have been sneaking around together and Romana's male counterpart, Romano, develops a crush on his female counterpart.
