A short story, a sneak peek into the couple in my "real" book.

Hikaru is your typical "rich kid." His parents have money, he lives under strict rules, and basically in an arranged marriage. He's unfeeling and cold, in and outside of school, though polite and the "perfect boy" with adults. But when not, he's a typical punk. He's just...typical. Sort of.

Jack is anything but typical. He feels like everything in his life is off, though he loves life. He's albino, for one. He's boyish and childish--small and with a thin frame. Oh, and he's schizophrenic. However, he has good friends, a good family, and loves what he has, despite his condition.

The school dance is coming up. These two somewhat-friends are on opposing sides--Jack wants to go with his friends, and Hikaru is against anything social. Jack hopes to convince him.
