When you are born, you are given this necklace that means absolutely nothing to you. It's just placed around your neck without your consent. The necklace is dainty, but the pendant is an unsolved mystery. The pendant is half of a unique shape. Legends have it that your soulmate carries the other half. Whenever he/she is near, the necklace heats up, but whenever he/she is far away, the necklace remains cold. However, if that necklace comes off, you will never find someone who loves you.

Delilah Waters and Cat Holmes are still searching for their other half. Eighteen years later, and they still have not found the one. They start to wonder if this whole "legend" is just a joke, which may lead one of them in a sticky situation.
