For decades, humans have evolved and became obsessed in perfection; perfection to perfect themselves to absolute perfection; even if it kills them.

In a dystopian world, perfection is the main priority. Every human poor or wealthy goes through a deadly surgery to perfect themselves. Trying to perfect something deadly, these people are ruthless and they wont allow a bunch of rebels to demolish their plan.

Their called dread doctors and dreadful they are.

The only rule: if one resists or refuses the procedure utter chaos occurs.

But what if there's more to this cruel world than perfection and obsession?
