Living in the Scorch has not been easy for (Y/n), but she manages to get by. With her father Jorge beginning to loose control of their compound, she's finding it difficult to stay. All she wants is to be free, to explore the Scorched world, but on one stormy night, she finds that some new people have survived in the Scorch and found their way to her home. It's been a while since newcomers had arrived, so this intrigues her. She then meets Thomas and his crew whom of which are trying to find the Right Arm just like her father. One boy in particular, a young sarcastic boy with great hair, catches her eye. Seeing the opportunity, (Y/n) decides to help them in exchange for being a part of their group. She has to get them through the Scorch safely to find the Right Arm, and she can't help but fall for that young sarcastic boy, but she isn't the only one with a small crush. A certain British blonde boy has fallen for their fearless leader, but with this love interest being conflicted, will Thomas return the feeling? There are challenges, people get taken, and with the flare becoming airborne, anything can happen. Will they make it to the Right Arm or will WICKED beat them to it? Or maybe, death will. "So when did you- you know- fall in love with her?" Thomas smirked, knowing he had him right where I wanted him, with his head in Fionaland. "Woah," Newt defeated with his hands up, "What?" "I may be slow to getting to know things around here, but I'm not that slow." Tommy chuckled, "I mean I'm pretty sure half the camp has a crush on her but you're fifty shades of complicated." He rubbed the back of his neck, "You keep surprising me, Greenie. It's... just history now." He played absentmindedly with his fingers. "Why do you ask? You uh... have a thing for her?" "Gally would happily filet me if I did." I joked. He laughed but didn't seem fully at ease. "No. I don't have a thing for her, she's a friend." He nodded, with a silent radiant of pleasure. I broke and asked him about her, "Is it really history? I mean... ever since I noticed you two together now I can't stop noticing it. She walks into a room and I feel like I have to remind you to breathe." He pulled a chair over and straddling the back of it. "You know when you're running through the maze and you're almost finished, you can see the glade and you have all this built up adrenaline? You're sore, tired, sweaty but you still feel the last bit of energy to get you home? That's what I feel whenever I'm around her. Aris, the only other survivor from her group, doesn't trust a word they say, and after a new group of boys bursts in with warnings of lies, manipulation, and something far worse lurking beneath the surface, neither does she. The trials of Emi
(This is the 2nd part to my other story "The Maze trials: A Gally Fanfiction". This will cover the events of the scorch trails and the death cure.) --- Emi, her twin brother Thomas, and a small group of gladers had been rescued and taken to a safe haven. Or so it seemed. It doesn't take long for Thomas to realize something is wrong. What happens next is a true trial for all of them but Emi's trials began the moment she was ripped away from a dying Gally. Watching someone you love die right before your eyes truly takes a toll. Finally meeting the right arm could have been the end but betrayal leads to even more chaos and loss. A new mission to rescue those taken from them leads them to a city. The last city. After Emi finally comes to terms with everything that's happened something unfolds that changes everything again.
