Two twins were born both part dragon and part human. One with the humans the other with the Dragons. Neither know of the others existence. God had separated the two from birth (God literally created them with his powers to hopefully unite the two species at war with one another. He then separated them).
The dragons were once all hiding in caves, but now they've chased humans down into caves. Some humans can venture out and kill dragons but it is a very dangerous and challenging task. One cave and the surrounding area is flat out avoided by dragons, there is a call far whose than any siren's. Many strong dragoons of both genders have died there. No dragon makes it out alive.
Now some dragons still live in their cave systems, there the ones who humans have to be careful about. They have adapted to caves, they can blend in, some spit poison, breath poisonous gas's, whale others breath fire... Or whatever element.
One wants to be with dragons the other humans... What'll happen?

I flinch as his hand reaches to my face, and aggressively pulls down the cloak from my head. He surveys my tear stained face and jewelry all the way down to my dress. Jolene and Jupiter were born into a family of Demi-Gods. The girls are very special because when twins are born they acquire powers of a God or Goddess at the age of 21. They will develop these powers one at a time. The family tree stretches back until the beginning of time. When a God had a baby with a human. Back then this was the biggest sin you could ever do as a God. In punishment the blood line to follow this union would be cursed and in 1000 years twins will be born to defeat the curse and stop all the people against them. That's is where Jolene and Jupiter come in. They are the only two who can stop the Evil that is coming. The book is about their life as kids leading up until now. There will be heart break, romance and adventure. In this world there lives a secret tribe of half human half dragons. They are called dragon bloods. Humans absolutely hate them,and kill them when they get the chance. The only way for a human to actually find out that another is a dragon blood is that they need to test their blood. It's a very harsh world for the tribe,but one day a dragon prince was born. Haruki the black dragon prince. Haruki was born on the day of the full moon,so his scales are black unlike the rest of his tribe(their colors are usually red,green,and blue). Theblack scales are very rare and important. They give him defense and power. Haruki has a special power that he can not control. It is called "the eye of the mythical dragon Eithera". It is very dangerous so he doesn't use it. His father wants him to use it before he becomes king. He also wants him to get a mate. Haruki doesn't want anything to do with what his father wants.
