Imagine having love at first sight. Well that happened with Juliet. Juliet and her twin Karlie moved to Minnesota with their family and are going to college there, when they meet Connor Franta.   Juliet is head over heels for him, yet she does not want to admit, while Karlie is only attracted to his looks.  They decide to visit California for their last two weeks before college. When they run into Connor again.   This fills Juliet with many mixed emotions while she deals with her seductive sister, other boys, and Connor who gets tons of girls, but also loves Juliet too and does not want to admit it.
