Wanting What You Can't Have

Lucifer, or Lucy, Thomas is a semi-happy young woman. She lives her boring life with her only friend Talia and her two dogs, and basically feels as if she has no purpose in the world; until she meets him. She's not the type of person to obsess over a guy, but when she meets Cody, everything changes. Lucy thinks it might be fate, until Talia tells her a life-altering fact about Cody's past that might affect their relationship forever. Will Lucy and Cody end up working through their problems and falling in love, or will their unfathomable differences tear them apart forever?
