My second attempt at a drabble.
This time it's based on Lovelyz's Shooting Star (hence the title).

Kind of made a promise that I would do a one-shot based on this song (months ago when it first came out). It's been bugging me but I haven't been able to come up with a proper storyline.
A few days ago my friend published a collection of poetry she and her friend wrote and I kind of got inspired by that. I'm not artistic enough for poetry though, hence the drabble. Amazingly this time I managed to capture 100 words exact without much setbacks. Finished it in like an hour or so.

Someday - A Short Story
Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff. So, sorry in advance. ~Just Perfect EDIT: As of 03/29/14 (arranged in this order: dd/mm/yy), this story has deviated from its original "pure romance," into something worth delving deeper into. I stood on the edge of the rooftop. My eyes closed and my mind free. I'm ready. Now is the time. I could feel my breath quickening, Breathe in, Breathe out. I slowly start to gain composure of my thoughts. I can hear the people on the ground. I can see them entering the building in their perfect dresses with their perfect hair. I look down at my Royal Blue gown and smile. It's time. I slowly exhale and let myself fall. I'm free. Well, that's what I thought when I jumped, but the world hates me. So now.
