Some people love this. Not having to follow the law. Some people call this home, others, hell.
Me? I don't really know what I would call this, being surrounded by mindless, bloodthirsty, half-alive, subhuman wretches.
Maybe I would call it my haven. But the definition of a haven, is safe. And we're not at all, safe. Only the bad survive in this world. Maybe, just maybe, would the good survive if there were more people like batman, he would just come out of nowhere and save the day.
But sadly, we all know Hero's don't exist.
If I met someone kind and gentle. Someone who would do everything in there power to provide good to others, and not once think about themselves, I would kill them. Why? Because someone like that, someone who doesn't deserve to live in a world like this, should be dead. Plus, I'd only be doing them a favour. They wouldn't turn into one of 'them'.
I would like to think of myself as a friendly person, but in reality, I'm not. At all. Others think me as a ruthless, risk-taking idiot with unnecessary goals. I don't mind, as long as they know to stay out of my way. I'm not crazy, I'm just Disconnected, with shitty social skills.
I'm Tessa. And I'v survived this sick joke everyone calls a zombie apocalypse for three years.
When the truth comes out, there's nowhere left to run.
Season 3 of Eliona's War
***
When Seth received a new virtual reality video game from his uncle, he wasn't expecting to get swept up into a whole new world called Eliona. As it turned out, Eliona and its people are far more dangerous than Seth could ever have imagined. There is a real consequence to playing this game: it's changing him, and it might not be for the better.
Now that Seth/Severance knows the truth of Eliona, there's no going back. Eliona is dying, and in order to save it, he needs to beat a very difficult dungeon before anyone else does. And on Earth, things are even worse. It's come to light that Eliona is leaving a mark on its players, and suddenly, everyone wants to be involved. Players find themselves with a target on their back, and Seth? He might just have the biggest one of all.
Too bad for them, he's done running.
