Casper was raised behind the gates of Heaven after dying soon after her birth and joining her mother with the sinless.
She grew up knowing the consequences of an angels sin; you must undergo the falling. She'd seen it done before, as a warning to the young. An elderly man who was helpless yet sinful had been pushed over the edge and plummeted towards the ground. Wings helpless from the force and SMACK. He was gone.
When she was 14, she earned her wings and now at 17, fantasizes about the surface below.
But it's hard to keep secrets in heaven... especially from the Leader. And it's also a sin.
