Mary and Tom received the call in the middle of the night to collect 6 month old Amara from the hospital after she miraculously survived a devastating car crash that killed her foster parents, and two other foster children in the car with her.
Amara survived with not a speck of injury. Not a cut, or a bruise.
Amara was a newborn found abandoned on a bitter winters night in Melbourne. Her birth family nowhere to be found, black crystal pendant with her name Amara on it around her ankle (Amara in Greek means eternal) and wrapped in sheets and towels. No sign of why she was left there or by whom.
For the first six months of her life she moved from place to place. Family to family, often and weirdly because accidents had befallen her foster carers and amazingly enough Amara never got injured or hurt. House fires, car accidents and even disappearances. And every time, left there was Amara.
Is someone high up looking after Amara or is there something else?
