'"There is one thing that you should know about the dorm though." I raised an eye brow telling her to continue. "It's co-ed."
Co-ed....The universe truly hates me. I literally felt all hope leave my body as my shoulders slumped and my head fell into my palms. "could my life get worse?" I said defeated.'

Sophie Collins did everything right for once in her life. Too bad a computer error screwed up her living situation. Sophie's only option is a co-ed dorm and even better: her roommate to be is Travis Morrison, major hottie with an infamous reputation. Sophie just wants her time with Travis to go as smoothly as possible before they can relocate her, but the second she meets him she knows that won't happen. Travis seemingly arrogant and cocky attitude has Sophie questioning how long she'll last before she commits a serious crime. But it's not until his attitude takes a surprising turn for the better that she finds herself in real trouble: the four letter kind.
Join Sophie though her roller coaster of a journey of love, hate, and a whole lot of confusion... As if being a college freshman wasn't going to be hard enough.

"That was ages ago, how do you still remember that?" "Because when I walked into that room, I was mesmerized by the image of you. That was the most beautiful sight I have seen in my entire life. A moment so special it made all of my senses come to a standstill. I just couldn't look away. If I had snapped a photo of you back then, you probably would have thought I was an odd one, so I didn't. But god, I wish I had. I remember walking back into my room that evening and cursing my hands for not being able to draw. If I ever learn how to-which I will-that memory will be the first thing my pencil will mimic on paper." • 𖤝 • Daisy had her life back in order-or so she deluded herself into thinking-until one reckless mistake has her spiraling out of control again. Now she's stuck sharing an apartment with her brother's best friend for a year. Living with him would've been fine-if she hadn't sent him that damn nude. The one he left on read. Her plan to avoid him doesn't last long. She's sunshine and chaos, desperate for conversation. He's walls and silence, determined to keep her out. The harder she tries to break through, the more she realizes that beneath his cold exterior is the one person who might actually keep her grounded. But just when she starts to believe things are falling into place, her worst nightmare crashes back into her life-threatening to destroy everything all over again. • 𖤝 • Completed ✓

{CURRENTLY UNPUBLISHED} 10/2/25 Edit: this book has been removed from Wattpad, but the characters live on in a published series titled The Wildflower Series, which can be found on Amazon and in bookstores. Alive at Night, Awake at Dawn, Attached at Heart are available now. Already at Risk, which follows Collins' brother Cameron, is coming on October 16th. Thank you so much! What sucks more than being rejected by the girl of your dreams? Finding out afterward that she's moving in with you. **** The night that Beau Martin spends with Collins Bryant is the best one of his life. He wants to repeat it. Over and over and over again. Collins, on the other hand, is all too eager cut ties when the sun comes up. But cutting ties becomes impossible when Beau and his friend, Nessa, are looking for one more roommate in their three-bedroom off-campus apartment. And Nessa-oblivious to their history-suggests the one person that Beau knows will kill him to live with: Collins Bryant. He should say no. He really should. But even with knowing she doesn't want him, Beau would do just about anything for Collins. Including giving her the open room in his apartment-because he knows she isn't going to find another one, not this close to the start of the college semester. But as Collins moves in and unpacks all her art supplies, all her secrets, Beau starts to wonder if maybe...maybe she wants him after all. And maybe getting the chance to be with her is enough to risk everything. Enough to tip the hidden scales, the ones he's been keeping underwraps.

When Sophie Bennett arrives at prestigious Westbrook University for her freshman year, she's ready for the classic college experience: new friends, late-night study sessions, and maybe even romance. What she's not ready for is to find Jake Carter unpacking his stuff in what's supposed to be her single dorm room. Due to a catastrophic housing system glitch during peak enrollment, they've both been assigned to Room 304 in the co-ed Arlington Hall-and with every dorm on campus filled to capacity and a housing waitlist stretching into next semester, they're stuck together. Sophie is a driven psychology major with color-coded planners and dreams of becoming a therapist, while Jake is a laid-back architecture major who takes life as it comes, with a sketchbook always in hand and a tendency to stay up until 3 AM working on projects. Living in impossibly close quarters means witnessing each other at their most vulnerable-Jake walking around shirtless after morning showers, Sophie in oversized t-shirts with sleep-mussed hair, stolen glances that linger too long, and an accidental kiss during a moment of weakness that they both agree to forget (even though neither of them can). As they navigate the electric tension crackling between them, establish ground rules that become harder to follow, and pretend that sharing a room with someone you're wildly attracted to is totally normal, Sophie and Jake discover that the line between roommates and something more isn't just blurred-it's completely erased. By the time they finally stop fighting what's been building between them since day one, they'll realize that sometimes the best things in life are the ones you never saw coming, and that falling in love with your roommate might just be the perfect disaster.

HIGHEST RANKS EVER: #4 in #ENEMIES (2021) #1 in #ENEMIESWITHBENEFITS (2021) #1 in #HUMOR (2020) #1 in #BOYFRIEND (2021) Sometimes in an unproductive relationship, it's normal for a person to want a little more. But who's to know when one has crossed the line from a craving, into an obsession? What makes it even worse, is when what you're intrigued in, is found in a person you loathe. Jennifer Crosby is no stranger to the paradox of wanting someone you despise. Ever since middle school, her and Collin Myers have been engaged in a hate-hate relationship. Which of course has followed them all the way to high school. But when Jennifer has matured, and looks aren't something Collin can tease her about, what's he to do? Confused by his own feelings towards the beaut, he found her during her own dilemma. Things get heated at a school party and Jennifer realizes that Collin possesses what she's been looking for - intimacy. She'll do anything to satisfy her needs, even if he has anything to do with it. But a person can only have sex a number of times before they start to develop feelings. Feelings that are practically forbidden in the enemies with benefits relationship that they share. They become hard to hide, especially if Collin's jealous friends have anything to do with it. Then, whether their emotions actually do exist or not becomes a matter of true life or death.
