Kyrie lost her parents at the age two then to sent to live with her aunt and uncle who are physically and mentally abusive. leaving Kyrie in isolation a majority of her life causes her to develop a unique ability that allows her to dive into this alternate world called Hysteria full of mythical creatures and spirits. Kyrie has always been an outcast and came off shy to most but she lives a double life and has a hard time making friends with anyone until a nephelim working as a holy knight named Yuu who originally was sent to spy on her falls in love with her and is Kyrie's first real friend. yuu breaking the heart of the elf princess Haruna, Kyrie's friend in Hysteria leaves the princess feeling betrayed causing a war between the worlds for revenge after the Barrier divided the world is broken making earth and Hysteria One.
