I'm usually very bad at writing poetry, but this is probably one of the best I've ever written. Again, I wrote it for my creative writing class, but I'm actually quite proud of how it turned out. The purpose of the poem was to inspire others to stand up and make a difference (lol that's so cheesy but true)

I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings.
