This is based loosely on the events of Fallout 3, following a young man named Cobra as he learns that he must adapt to this new world. Not much too explain that won't be explained in the story. 
Long chapters mostly, don't start one unless you've got time or a bookmark.

Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts.
