William Thorne, a prodigious Pediatrician overseas,  seeks the feel of home. He later finds himself boarding a plane to address his need to see his family. On the plane, what seems to be a game of fate rattles his mind as Keith Black, a handsome young college professor, the love of his life, and his best friend comes to sit beside him. So the journey continues as they both seat beside each other on the plane and William takes every bit of courage he has on his nimble body to finally tell Keith the secret love he has for him all this time.
