Juliana Heart is hated by everyone around her. Her parents once loved her and she had loving sisters that always stood up to her. All she knows is she is unloved and hated by everyone who meets her. Till one day Lucas Stone bumps into her and something happens and she ends up no longer remembering him right after she had just met him. She meets him again while in school and every since that day she couldn't stand him. But he seems to always be where ever she is, she just can't get rid of this guy. They find out they have a lot in common even if they don't want to admit it to each other. They both have a secret they don't want anyone to know. As vampires and bad guys come in and try to kill them they learn that they are better together then they ever were apart.
