Harriet Miller is twenty eight and completely at a loss to parenthood.

She is a hard working independant woman...
Until the fateful day she finds out she is pregnant. Her boyfriend Jeff is somewhat a non commited child himself.  And the strain of the pregnancy takes it's toll on her relationship and they part. Leaving Harriet alone and very much pregnant.

Being the center of office Jibes and teasing she gets fired from her job, Harriet has her suspicions it is because she is pregnant.  Taking a job in a local cafe and moving to a smaller one bed apartment she strives to make ends meet.

But not one to let situations befall her, she is looking forward to her new arrival and is now thrown from financial market meetings, to the baby aisle in Tesco's pondering the wonders of maternity pants and nipple creams.

Join Harriet on this funny, touching and heartwarming adventure, as she takes the journey into motherhood for the first time, and hopes to find love, laughter and friendship again.
