Specifically, stupid 'Bolt' with his annoying 'goodness' and his equally annoying 'kind' partner, 'Glider'.
Accidentally finding about their true personalities, Scar is torn between her duty of being a villain and, ah well- trying not to murder them in broad daylight either.
But, craziness does come in the job description of being a villain. Right?

Especially seeing a man flying around in the air, claiming to be the city's superhero. At least he wasn't wearing that embarrassing spandex outfit.
