This is a series of short, episodic pieces set in a version of our world's 1930s, written for a weekly short story contest. I picture Golden Age comic books and radio serials with ridiculous plots, fantastic monsters, and a rising German threat because everybody loves to hate Nazis. Basically, I'm going for Indiana Jones if he was a thick-jawed, overconfident moron.All Rights Reserved

Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness. It isn't overly mature... there isn't much explicit language or sexual scenes, but there is a bit of violence, so just keep that in mind... and despite all that negativity, ENJOY!
