He swore to protect and serve, but when Dean Harcourt comes face to face with his first, real shoot out on a drug bust gone wrong, he leaves the big city of Dallas, Texas and returns to his much quieter hometown of Summer Springs; where the worst thing a person could do is run the traffic light in the center of town.
