Undertale Mafia AU: Flowers and Bullets

The story takes place on the surface, and Monsters were never banished to the Underground. The Humans had instead forced them into slums and overcrowded cities, where they are discriminated against and hardly get by. Some more powerful Monsters, however, wanted to make a change, so they formed Gangs for safety, originally. But that changed for survival purposes when other Gangs grew hostile and wanted to take everything every one else had. So Monsters not only had to watch out for Humans, but other Monsters as well, and original purposes were lost in favor of overpowering their rivals for dominance.
The story follows a few different gangs, and a single child, who is trying to make a change. To set things right once and for all. But can they really make it happen? Will everyone set aside their differences for good in exchange for peace? Or will paranoia and grudges keep them apart?
