Daniel Callan was a kidnapped victim from Arus. He was born and raised on Planet Doom for 11 years of his life. He saw horrors suffering of thousands yet he stayed strong. During the last year, terror like no other imprinted itself in his mind. He was left scarred and terrified. 

Almost 3 years later, he joins the Voltron Force as a cadet with his new friends Vince and Larmina. He is scared of not being good enough for the team so he tries to play happy go lucky. In the end, he doesn't make it as a pilot and instead gets recaptured by Lotor.
