Carl Carter is a Seer. A talented psychic, with the ability to vanquish demons, and guide lost spirits to 'the other side'. Approaching fifty, Carl no longer solves paranormal mysteries. A widow, and a single parent, he settles down with his daughter in an idyllic farm-house an hours drive from anywhere. His peaceful existence is disturbed by the arrival of his estranged niece, Alicia, who seems to possess his gift, shortly followed by an old friend in need of help. Alicia meets Ricky, a fellow teenage Seer, and together, with the help of Carl, they discover the world of the supernatural. All runs smoothly, until the arrival of a spirit guide, Miki, who brings a world of trouble in his wake.
