100 years after the war, Stefan Fisher had returned to Mystic Falls in hope of starting fresh in his new life. A girl named Elena DeMartel is what changed him. They loved and protected each other. After being together for 3 years, it feels like forever. However, he had this feeling inside him that wasn't right. He didn't feel right with Elena, and every time he was with Elena he was thinking about someone else. He was thinking about Jeremy DeMartel. Elena's brother. Stefan wants to come clean and tell Elena because he knew it wasn't fair. Although he didn't want to hurt Elena, and if he did come out, what about Jeremy? What if Jeremy didn't feel the same way Stefan did? All Stefan could do now is hope that Jeremy will figure out his feelings before Elena finds out the truth about Stefan. Later on after telling the truth to everyone he loves... How will society accept them? Will they ever be happy? Or not?
