After years of fighting, the Negaverse has finally won.

The Sailor Scouts are dying, their universe is falling apart at the seams, and hope is all but a far-forgotten dream of the past.

The only hope that anyone has is to call to the next generation of Sailor Scouts, a group of women who will protect all of Womankind and the universe against the forces against them.

At least, that was how it was supposed to go.
