Alison doesn't like hockey. It isn't so much the sport itself that she doesn't like, but rather the people who play it. Growing up the daughter of a local hockey legend with a superstar brother who follows in their father's footsteps, hockey players are all she has ever been around. After a bad break-up with her brother's ex-teammate, she swore off all hockey players for life. She is sick of hockey, sick of the players, and sick of Maukingnen Falls, but she can't seem to get away from any of it. Using her dad's connections in her career doesn't exactly help the situation, but she's determined to make a name for herself outside of the hockey world. If that means name dropping her famous family to get a few meetings so she can finally move out of her hometown and leave her reputation behind her, then she'll buckle up and deal with it. That is until she takes too much of an advantage dropping her last name and somehow ends up in the showers of her hometown's hockey team. Who catches her there? None other than the team's captain. Dylan Cavanaugh doesn't like his private life on display, but being the biggest player in hockey at his young age makes it hard to keep his private life private. Things blow up when his breakup with his Hollywood actress ex-girlfriend quite literally take over the town and he can't seem to escape the attention of every reporter and single woman he sees. When he finds out the real reason the woman he caught in the showers hates hockey, he makes a proposition that could benefit both of them. Now he's in a fake relationship to avoid having to continuously deny a real one because the girl he chose would never date another hockey player. The plan is flawless: fake a relationship to break away from her family name and save him from unwanted attention. This plan could get her out of Maukingnen Falls. It could get her family to respect her again. And it could get her toxic ex-boyfriend to finally leave her alone. What could possibly go wrong?

Sienna Antoinette Harper had spent twelve years running from her past; now 28 she'd built up walls around her heart trying to keep people out and keep her heart hidden deep within. She'd even gone to court and changed her name legally. Somehow she had managed to straighten up her life enough to attend college and graduate at the top of her class in Accounting. And when her sister, who was also her best friend and works for Addison Technologies in Las Vegas, reaches out to Sienna letting her know that she'd secured an interview that would most certainly end up as a full time job. Little did Sienna know that her past and present would collide and perhaps endanger her future. Roan Michael Addison was a billionaire CEO of his own company Addison Technologies and owned one club on the Strip in Las Vegas. He was a workaholic and didn't have time for relationships. He never saw the same woman twice, he never treated them badly but they understood once they were with him that was it. Much to the chagrin of Roan's twin brother, Cade, who was totally different. He encouraged Roan to settle down but he just wasn't feeling it until she walked into the elevator at his company and then again at his club Leviathan one night and his feelings started to change rapidly. He didn't understand these feelings and tried to fight them. The harder he fought them the more he was pulled in especially when he found out that she not only worked at his company but was the best friend of his brother's fiance, Lisbeth. Would he be able to uncover what it was about her that pulled him in like a moth to a flame? Could he help her break down the walls she'd worked so desperately to construct? The names of the characters are purely fictional. The name of the company and nightclub are fictional as well. EDITING HAS BEGUN ON THIS STORY! PLEASE BE PATIENT AND I AM AWARE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE! THANK YOU!

*book two of the Counting On Hockey series. Read Just Another Goal prior to this book* Meredith and Cole are going into their Senior year of high school. They are inseparable together. Now both playing hockey, and being together for now more than a year, they thought nothing could hurt them. Meredith's Dad is Randy Adams, hockey legend from the late 90's on the Detroit Red Wings. He moves constantly for his new job, which now has nothing to do with hockey. When moving from Michigan to Maine, it was a good thing. Meredith got away from drama back home and she found her high school sweetheart, and quite possibly the love of her life. When Meredith moved to Maine, Cole found his soulmate and best friend. Meredith's fathers job is sending him to Chicago, which mean she has to move. Again. She has to leave her new life as best friends with the entire boys hockey team. But most importantly, she has to leave Cole. ********* One More Day follow Meredith's POV through her time on the first day at her new school to the next time she has a chance to see Cole again. Drama may cause some second thought on their relationship. But they love each other, so let's see how they turn out. *Each chapter name will have the number of days until Meredith and Cole can see each other again. She has exactly 93 days from her first day of school to when she gets to see Cole.* *mild sexual innuendo and content, and swearing* *Not all hockey players or their jobs in this book are real. Some NHL players might be real, but the jobs they have are made up*
