Like any other war, this one lasted for a long, long time, exactly 250 years. This war wasn't a human vs. human war, not a human vs. robot war; it wasn't a human vs alien war either. It was just a power war between the humans and the incredible species of dragons. All wars have their violence and gore, some end when both sides quit or when one side has won. Not many end in a delicate treaty with a blood bond.
