Sentenced to what seems to be a lifetime at her local hospital, Park Summers dreams of the day she can make her escape and finally resume her studies. Only, it's impossible for her to. After an unusual accident in her chemistry class, Park Summers is unable to speak. The only thing she wants is to flee from the hospital her father has confined her to and live her life as she had before.

Little does she know that her chance was closer than she expected it to be.

And whether or not that chance would save her or destroy her was in the hands of Axel Holland, a newly appointed genius officer working directly under her father's authority.
