Saigel Wilk is powerful and beautiful. She has an eidetic and photographic memory, can decode ciphers and codes within seconds, plays the violin like nobody's business, and speaks over 60 languages.

Saigel Wilk is also an orphan growing up in a New York City orphanage.

Saigel is finally accepting that she will never have parents again, given that she is already 14 years old and not adopted.

She always knew that she was, well, special-she just never told anybody. But now her teachers, peers, and friends are realizing that Saigel Wilk was not just some super smart girl. Her brain is a supercomputer. She is an anomaly.

Now dozens of universities and schools are wanting her as a student, and Saigel accepts a scholarship to a school for prodigies in Japan. But as she learns more of this strange school, and the even stranger residents, she realizes that something may be going on that is so much bigger than her. So much more important than her.

But as everything to do with her.
