It's been two years since the virus. They said it was supposed to make the world better. They claimed  they were a group of visionaries, hoping to make the world a better place. Who knew they were working with the government?

    Taxes were raised, the poor became poorer, but who cares? Business was booming for them. They started selling their product like crazy. The government demanded that you get a device installed into your brain. This was because a new update was released. If you refused the installation, you'd be taken by force. If you're lucky you'd be able to stay under the government's raider.

   They didn't want any complications. When they realized that they didn't get to you, well you better count your lucky stars, and run.

   These visionaries were wrong. 
   The government was wrong, and they will learn that they can't control us.

For years the federal governments from all the nations on earth has been secretly investing and contributing with each other on space and military developments without the population of their countrymen knowing about what they ( the government ) was doing, and now the secrets might pay off now that every country on earth has no choice but to come together as one people. The USA ( not the United States ) has built four star ships in the past ten years at Space Station United in space a few hundred miles behind Space Station Freedom . Through the years moon bases have also been built on the moon, and now paper and coin currencies are completely gone. Everyone on Earth has one card with a chip in it that has everything about you on it and the new currency for everyone is credit and bits.

(School AU) (Y/n) (L/n) is a very smart young lady. She always gets good marks on her quizzes and tests. She's nice to everyone and tries to stay positive around her peers/friends/family. However, behind closed doors she tends to break down. She has an older sister with mental health issues and an older brother whom she used to confide in but he moved away and barely visited and talked to his family. This only made the girl's life worse. Her childhood friend and neighbor, Gilbert stopped talking to her as much when he started middle school, but she still hung out with Ludwig. Her mother was always stressed between being a single mom and dealing with her sister. So the girl used her studies and books as an escape method from the real world. Of course she had some friends, but not many really GOOD friends. NOTE: The reader has Situational Depression DISCLAIMER: I do not own Hetalia, the characters, art, or the au. I only own the plot and whatnot. And another issue is that there are a LOT of countries so I can't really do all of them, so the only characters falling for you will be: Francis Bonnefoy (France) Alfred F. In the future, science has found a way to re-animate the dead and make them pliant servants for the wealthy. They buy the units for 10,000 for a base model. More attractive units sell higher as well as the more physically fit the model is the higher the price. The units are used for anything and everything their owner wants, from household work to administrative duties, to even being sexual companions. They are each programmed with a hard drive in their brain that works like a computer and allows them to have a quick mind and agility, as well as nano machines in their body to repair any damage that can occur with normal usage. There are some people who still view the units as a dead body and have trouble interacting with them in their daily life. But most of the population is too poor to even afford one so this problem is left to the upper classes that can buy the units. For some, poverty is worse than death. For one Porcelyn, death is just the start.

People are running about, living their lives, and generally enjoying themselves with their new 'smart' devices, which, for better or for worse, are actually living up to their name. Finally. Enter outcast Vincent Schorennherr. Her parents [emphasis on her] parents wanted a boy, no luck on that account, and they let her know that every day. You think that's not so bad? Think again. "Sorry, Vincent, but you're going to school anyways, flu or no flu." Well, just before first period, a 'conveniently'-timed password-entry prompt pops on on her phone screen, right as she: 1) Presses the sensor, and 2): sneezes, spreading rhinoviruses all over herself and her phone. She wipes the phone off and goes to class,thinking nothing more of the incident until the next day, when she goes to turn it on and gets a kill screen: "Fatal Error 81-141. The flu's contagious, didn't you know that? Bye now, gone to play Caesar- Veni, vidi, vici and all that." With that, her phone blinks off, and within hours, other phones begin to follow suit. With panic on the rise, and global tensions rapidly following suit, can Vincent and her friends find the cure before it's hard shutdown? **NaNoWriMo 2017** Complete in the sense that I'll probably never write any more of this story. I might edit it someday, though. I had a decent idea when I started, but that quickly went out the window.
