Seven and Sics were friends two years ago, they're friends before Sebastian (their friend) died, after Sebastian's death everyone got distance from each other. Everyone of them (peers) secretly blaming their selves for his death. 

Sics got distance from them without any specific reason but two years after Sics knew that Seven is dying and she wants him to have a reason to die.
