This story was a challenge from a friend. Take a set of Lyric and write a story around them. Here you go guys.

Raven 'ScareCrow' Sage grew up with the boys we all know and love. She was sister, friend... lover. They were her family, through all things she could count on them. In December of 2009 her world quickly takes a spiraling nose dive towards the darkest place she has ever known.
While out getting Christmas gifts with her close friend Brian there is an accident. Knowing the impact would kill them both if she didn't do something Brian would die. That thought in her head she sacrifices herself, embracing death full on like the side of her car embraced the unfamiliar head lights.

God isn't ready for her, and she goes comatose. The guys stay and fight with her. And then God decides he is ready, but it isn't Crow he takes. Now she sees him in her dreams and when she wakes she isn't exactly sure which world is real and which is fiction. This is her struggle. Their pain.

"Do you think we're soul mates?" She asked, lifting her head in order to lock eyes with him. It took him a moment, mustering up his answer. Thinking about how they were so alike, but so different. How they had been through similar things and had the same outlooks on certain perspectives in life. The connection that they shared. It was like she was made specifically for him. No one would ever be able to hold a candle to her and the way she made him feel. She was his person, and he was hers. "To be honest...yeah." He replied, wrapping his arm around her. --- Knucks is a misunderstood teenage girl, deemed as destructive to the society with her reoccurring outbursts and rebellious behavior. Book Two of Five in the New Beginnings Series. **You do NOT have to read Inhale, Exhale, & Breathe to enjoy these stories** SALEM LUNA: Does anyone ever feel like they're riding a mechanical bull that is never ending? No matter how many times you get thrown off the thing, you appear right back on it? No? Just me then? See, I have this best friend. Former. Best. Friend. It's taking my brain a while to get used to it. Whatever. I'm hopelessly in love with him, and I tried desperately to admit my feelings out loud. So, I did. Raven Fox told me not to love him, and the look he seared into my skin when he said it was now branded into my brain. Now we're on the university book club Christmas retreat. Who did I get roomed with? Raven because of course I was given the bird. The damn bird that didn't love me in return. Which would have been fine had he not looked like the idea disgusted him. Six months have gone by since that day, and our tension is growing with more animosity each second. Now, we're doing activities together, and Christmas is my favorite holiday. He's not screwing this up for me. After a snowstorm starts hitting, though, I end up stuck in the middle of nowhere, out of gas in my snowmobile. I'm terrified as the wind starts picking up and snow starts whipping my face. I thought he wasn't listening. That he didn't care. So, why did he become the one to save me? Why does he look so distraught? His words say one thing, but his eyes are telling me his words are lies. Raven is lying to me. He loves me. But he doesn't want me to love him. All I want to know is why because I can't breathe without him anymore.

How do you forgive yourself for the things you've done, or for what you could've? He didn't see it coming. The car - the flash of lights. The screech as it slammed into him. Not through his drunken haze as he wandered in the darkness. Alone. It's all my fault. I could've saved him, I should've. He's dead because of me. I'd do anything to take it back. To make it up to him. Anything at all. Even then, nothing I do will bring him back. Jamie Wayne has felt dead for as long as he has been. She's been visited by death before, but not like this. It's different. The pain is supposed to go away, or at least dull. After the death of her mother only a year ago, she and her father moved to a new town where she met Alex. Everyone knew him as the kind, attractive and socially acceptable guy he was. Except he was more than that - he was the light at the end of the tunnel when all she could find was darkness. But everything's different now. He's gone - dead. Nothing about it is normal, or makes sense. The only thing she knows for sure is that it isn't getting better - it's only getting worse. The more she remembers, the more she wants to forget. Everyone else already has. Only her mind won't let her, which makes her wonder if there's more to it. Or if there's a way to fix it. For once, she has to guide herself through the darkness to reach the light at the end of the tunnel on her own. If there is any.
