This is just a fairly random story, I guess you could call it a KOTLC fanfic - It starts out with two people that I made up - April and Caz (Alexander) - who are living their everyday lives in the city  of Ember (a made-up city somewhere north of Europe) and accidentally discover a weird group of rebels (The Neverseen) who chase them 'to the ends of the earth' trying to recover something precious -- something that belongs to April. Along the way, the two meet Sophie Foster and friends, learn about the elves, and other plot stuff that you'll have to find out by reading this! (Sorry for the first few chapters - I kind of rushed into the story without a lot of background info/character development) I will probably edit some of the chapters as I go along, so I will mention that in the author's notes if people want to go back and read them again.All Rights Reserved
